Modular Design

Optional machining modules allow the MDSF to perform multiple tasks including counterboring, flange facing, weld crown removal, casing cutting, milling, and trepanning. 

Unrivaled Power

Out of the box, the standard DynaPrep MDSF can form tool up to a 2.5 inch bevel on heavy wall pipe with ease. With heavy wall parting slides, a machine can cut up to a 6-inch wall thickness making it one of the strongest portable machine tools for pipe today.

Ordering a DynaPrep MDSF for your next project is simple. Select the ring size, appropriate kit, power options, and tooling needed for your particular situations. Want to add slides for other operations such as flange facing and counterboring? You can do so at time of your request or later.

Available in kits with standard slides for normal operations or out-of-round tracking slides for operations such as pipeline construction and repair. The DynaPrep MDSF can be configured with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric* drives. Remote control is also optional for all drive types.
